ncfootball. operates as a registered sole trader with an active ABN.

At this time, ncfootball. does not hold public liability insurance. By proceeding with a booking or purchase, I acknowledge and accept this.

Sessions are provided for football coaching, skill development and player development purposes only.

Session content may be adapted to suit the player's age, ability, position, development needs and requested focus areas.

I understand that participation in football training involves inherent physical risks, including the possibility of injury.

Participation is voluntary and participants are expected to follow reasonable coaching and safety instructions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant, or that I otherwise have authority to make bookings on their behalf.

I give permission for the participant to attend and take part in booked ncfootball. training sessions.

I confirm that the information supplied through the Parent Portal is accurate to the best of my knowledge.

All bookings must be made through the ncfootball. website and Parent Portal.

Session availability is subject to the live booking schedule.

Booking availability shown on the website is live and may change as other customers complete bookings. A selected session time is not reserved indefinitely and is only confirmed once the booking process has been successfully completed.

All session bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time. Once a session is within 24 hours of its start time, online booking for that session will close.

This minimum booking notice gives ncfootball. sufficient time to plan and personalise each session around the player's age, ability, position, current stage of development and any requested areas of focus.

A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed, an eligible bundle credit has been used, or sufficient ncfootball. account credit has been applied.

ncfootball. may use Square to securely process payments.

Prices displayed at the time of booking or purchase are the applicable prices for that transaction.

ncfootball. account credit may be issued where permitted under these Terms & Conditions.

Account credit can be used toward eligible future ncfootball. bookings.

Account credit is not redeemable for cash and does not constitute a cash refund unless otherwise required by law.

Where account credit is less than the cost of a booking, the remaining balance must be paid using the available payment method.

Where a booking is funded partly by ncfootball. account credit and partly by another payment method, each funding component may be returned separately in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

24 hours or more before a session

For a paid individual session cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time:

• the booking will be cancelled; and
• the full session value will be returned as ncfootball. account credit.

No cash refund will normally be issued for a customer cancellation made at least 24 hours before the session.

For a session booked using a bundle credit:

• the booking will be cancelled; and
• one eligible session credit will be returned to the bundle.

Less than 24 hours before a session

For a cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time:

• a paid booking may be cancelled without account credit being issued; and
• a bundle booking may result in the applicable bundle credit being forfeited.

Where the reschedule option is made available in the Parent Portal, the parent / guardian may move the booking to another eligible session of the same training type.

A rescheduled booking retains the existing payment, ncfootball. account credit allocation or bundle credit attached to that booking.

No additional payment is required unless expressly stated before the reschedule is confirmed.

Small Group Training is intended for 2–6 players.

A player's booking is for that player only. The same player cannot hold more than one booking in the same Small Group Training session.

Approximately 24 hours before a Small Group Training session, if only one participant remains booked, ncfootball. may close the group slot to further bookings and provide the booked participant with one or more of the following options:

• convert the booking to Private Training;
• receive the full value of the booking back according to the way the booking was funded; or
• reschedule into another available Small Group Training session.

Where the booking was paid through Square, the applicable amount will be submitted for refund to the original payment method.

Where ncfootball. account credit was applied to the booking, the applicable amount will be returned to the parent account.

Where a bundle credit was used, the applicable bundle credit may be returned instead.

Where more than one funding source was used for the booking, the booking value may be returned across those funding sources.

These Small Group low-attendance options are separate from the standard customer cancellation policy above.

Once the low-attendance process has been triggered, the Parent Portal will show the options available for that booking.

Bundles are assigned to the player selected at the time of purchase.

Bundle credits may only be used for eligible Private Training bookings unless otherwise stated.

Each eligible booking uses one bundle credit.

Bundle credits remain attached to the relevant player and parent account.

Cancelling a bundle-funded session at least 24 hours before the session returns one eligible credit to the bundle.

Cancelling a bundle-funded session less than 24 hours before the session may result in that credit being forfeited.

Bundle purchases are not converted to cash refunds simply because some credits remain unused, except where required by law or expressly agreed by ncfootball.

ncfootball. may cancel or reschedule a session because of weather, illness, venue availability, safety concerns or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where ncfootball. cancels a session and cannot provide the booked service, the booking value will be returned or otherwise resolved appropriately.

This may include:

• rescheduling the session;
• returning ncfootball. account credit;
• returning a bundle credit;
• refunding an amount paid through Square to the original payment method; or
• a combination of these where the booking used more than one funding source.

Sessions are held at the venue stated in the booking confirmation.

Venue details may change where required.

Training may be delayed, modified, rescheduled or cancelled if conditions are considered unsafe.

Parents / guardians may receive transactional emails relating to bookings, payments, cancellations, reschedules, refunds, bundles and player development reports.

It is the parent / guardian's responsibility to ensure their email address and contact details are kept up to date.

ncfootball. handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By proceeding with a booking, the parent / guardian acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to read the Privacy Policy, which explains how ncfootball. collects, uses, stores and handles personal information.

ncfootball. may amend, suspend or withdraw promotional offers at any time.

Promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed at the time of the offer.

By checking the Terms & Conditions box when required, creating a player, purchasing a bundle or proceeding with a booking, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Where the Privacy Policy is presented during booking, I also acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to read that policy.
